Q: Do you touch up all the images in our image download?.

A:Yes we do. Every image we deliver is post produced with our unique signature style of post-production. This involves color correction, exposure adjustment, selective black and white processing, clarity adjustments, tone-mapping, and other corrections.

Q: How long does it take to get my album?

A: As with our other products, production times vary. However, you can typically expect to receive your album 6 weeks after placing the order. The process prior to placing the order varies in duration depending on how quickly you respond to the instructions for the album design as well as the number of changes you request after the initial designs. Some brides complete this within a month or two; others take over a year.

Similar to the post-production process, if you require rush processing, a fee of $250.00 will be charged. Additional fees for rush shipping may also apply.

Q: How do I book you?

A: First things first, shoot me an email! We will chat about your needs (either via email OR over coffee/wine) and see if we are a good fit for each other. If we are, I will send you an invoice and contract!

To secure your date with us, you just need to submit 30% of whatever collection you choose that best suits your wedding needs. This is a non-refundable deposit that goes towards your overall collection cost. In addition, we require a signed contract. After that, your date is secured and we are yours for the day!

Q:When do we pay the remaining balance?

A:The remaining balance is owed one month before your wedding day. I do offer payment plans to make it more convenient and stress free for you.

For any other session, rest of the payment is due before our scheduled session unless we have discussed another option before hand.

Q: Will you be the one photographing my session?

A: Yes, you fell in love with my work and I will be the main photographer at your wedding. If your package comes with  a second photographer I will have a trusted photographer that I've worked with before with me.

Q: Do you offer prints and albums?

A: Yes, we believe having a physical copy of your photos is one of the best momentums to have from your wedding day. Prints and albums can last up to several generations or more if stored properly. There's also just something special about having a physical print to look at. Albums are just so easy to pick up from the coffee table and relive your wedding. Most couples add more to it and that just means there were way too many great moments. Additional pages are $50 each. The whole process is very easy and we help you through every step of it.

Q: Do you offer any other services?

A: Yes, I also offer trash the dress sessions (after the wedding), Boudoir, which makes for a great gift the day of your wedding, post bridal, think of it like an engagement session just after the wedding where you two dress back up and we get even more amazing shots either back at your venue or around the city while you both.  It makes  a great addition to your album.

Q: How long do I have to wait for my images?

A: While I do quote you 6-8 weeks for weddings and 2-3 weeks for other sessions, I do usually share a mini gallery from your session so you can look at the beautiful images.  I feel this helps with the excitement while you wait for the rest :)

Q: Do you travel?

A: Absolutely! I love to travel and would be so honored to follow you on your destination session or wedding. I can cover your wedding or engagement wherever you are in the world. Get in touch and we can plan something incredible.

Q: WHAT IS YOUR PRIMARY STYLE OF PHOTOGRAPHY?

A: We like to describe our work as photojournalistic, candid, and authentic.  Of course, we’ll do the posey stuff and make sure we stage the important shots, but we feel the “real moments” are the most interesting and important.  The ones where you capture the pure happiness and excitement from your loved ones.  These are the shots we can't just "pose".  To us it's all about capturing the moments as they happen.

Q: WILL THERE BE A CONTRACT PROVIDED? ?

A: YES. The contract, will detail what services we are providing, pricing, termination resolution terms, etc. A contract is created for your protection and our protection. A contract will need to be signed before our session takes place.

Q: What is your refund/cancellation policy ?

A: Wedding cancellations must be put in writing. Unfortunately, all monies are non refundable as I turn away all business and commissions once I book your date. The only exception would be is if I am able to book another event/wedding at the same or equal value.
